Quality
Quality is the fundamental value for Eurovinil and coincides with the full efficiency of the product and the consequent customer satisfaction.
Both liferafts and field tents are emergency products and it is just in case of urgency that the least inefficiency becomes intolerable.
This is the reason why Eurovinil submits its whole production cycle, from raw material to the final product, to very stringent controls aimed to prevent any possible unforeseen event.
The Eurovinil system of quality management is certified in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 standard, which is now firmly established as the globally implemented standard for providing assurance about the ability to satisfy quality requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction.
The exclusive E.M.C.® (EV Marine Compound) fabric used for the whole range of products, which represents the result of a combined research between the Eurovinil technicians and the R&D department of the EV suppliers, got through and exceeded the most stringent tests required by the international regulations both in the military and in the civil sphere.
The Eurovinil production technique, the high frequency welding (HFW), allows to get a total uniformity in the production, by combining handicraft care with industrial scale production.
Relying on the quality and durability of its products, Eurovinil offers a 12-year warrantee on both fabric and welding.
